I think we try and be even handed and look at strategy and product specifics, rather than having a generic bias. Of course bias creeps in, but its important as a market watcher to pay strong attention to market changes. and it was hardly a "roasting". But as for "that’s an industry-wide issue, and it doesn’t prevent Gartner analysts from being insightful in their own domains." I could not agree more. Are we pro-IBM or pro-microsoft?
